Received a call from "Officer Steven Douglas" from the BCI, Bureau of Criminal Investigations. Please, people, do NOT give this guy anymore info than he may already have about you. He is very rude, unprofessional, and extremely threatening. He speaks very poor english, pronounces the number 4, as fo. First of all, the BCI does not make threats to the American public, especially regarding false Pay Day Loans. Nor would the BCI ask for a letter of apology, and then settle for a particular amount of money. This is a major scam, which I must admit, was very scarey at first. But once I read more about the BCI, I'm certain that "Steven Douglas" is indeed a scam artist, and NOT with the BCI.

Called about 6 times from 6am to 6:17am Bermuda Time

called 5 times in a row stating the phone could not accept collect calls if i wanted to i could charge to my phone,a visa card,or my debit card, must be a scam

Started three days ago @ 9:00 am. Now there calling @ 4:30 pm. Phone rings 4 times then they hang up

Has called twice. Once I answered and they asked for my husband. I told them he wasn't available but I was his wife and could take a message. They just hung up. We don't have anything in collections or anything like that for anyone to be calling.

Claiming to reduce credit card APR. I chose to speak to a "customer rep" to have my number removed (I have received this call numerous times) and the gentleman that answered hung up on me immediately after I informed him to remove my number.

a man said he from government, asked me about my husband whether works or not.

they call up to 20 times a day looking for someone named "sara" (they pronounce it Sa-Rah) and I repeatedly tell them they have the wrong number and to stop calling. I have told them I dont know how many times to take my number off of their list but they just keep calling back. So, I have cussed them out I don't know how many times, I have put my husband on the phone with them, and next time I get a call from them I will find their address and post it here. I am sick of them calling, I am sick of the harrassment. And obviously being on the do not call list does no good. I am willing to pay the $50 for their address if it gets them to stop. Be on the lookout for the address, it will be up soon, because I know for a fact they aren't going to stop calling
